LOAN FUNDING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- FUNDING RANGE: U$1 Million and our Maximum Funding is U$20Billion
- LOAN PERIOD: 15 Years Period depending on the borrower
- INTEREST RATE: 2% per annually interest rate
- LOAN REPAYMENT PERIOD: Balloon payment at the end of the 15 year period.
- INTEREST PAYMENT: At the end of each year, starting after the Grace Period
- GRACE PERIOD: Minimum of 2 years or equivalent of 24 Months period
- COLLATERAL: The project itself is the collateral for the loan amount
